Caroline Durocher
Director and Certified Leadership Coach
Caroline has inspired, trained and coached thousands of leaders over her 20-year career. She is an ordained minister with a Master of Arts in Leadership. She is also a certified Life Coach (Christian Coaching Institute) and business coach with Kingdom Builders Academy.
Her bilingual career began as a pastor in the suburbs of Montreal. After spending a year working with her husband in the inner-city of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, she expanded her influence to reach church communities on Canada’s West Coast.
For 10 years she was director of “Children and Family Ministry” for her religious denomination in British Columbia. In that role she further developed her coaching, speaking, and management expertise. She has directed provincial leadership conferences; delivered leadership seminars in various contexts; mentored emerging leaders, and developed a curriculum for front-line church workers and entrepreneurs. In her desire to expand her influence beyond the church community, she launched a private coaching practice. Through coaching Caroline propels female leaders - in all walks of life - toward their God-sized dreams. She is the founder of Vivid Academy, a tailored coaching and mentoring journey that equips women to grow in their leadership and live today in light of how they want to be remembered tomorrow.
Caroline lives in Sherbrooke, Quebec, where she is the co-lead pastor of a church with her husband of twenty years, Pascal. They have three lovely and energetic teens: Samira, Elliott, and Emmanuel.
