I’m Caroline Durocher, a leadership coach and founder of VIVID Academy, whose mission is to inspire, activate, and equip Christian women in their calling. I’m also the founder of VIVID Academy and a space dedicated to helping Christian women grow in their faith, influence, and impact.
With a Master’s degree in Leadership, a certification in Life, Leadership, and Business Coaching, and over 25 years in ministry experience, I bring a blend of deep biblical teaching and practical tools.
